Cooking has always been a part of who I am. Growing up surrounded by the rich flavours of Thai cuisine, I learned early on how fresh ingredients and balanced spices can create something special. But my love for food didn’t stop there—I was inspired by flavours from around the world and started blending them in new and exciting ways.

What started as The Pie House evolved into something more. With my wife’s Thai heritage and our shared passion for cooking, we created The Thai Twist—bringing authentic Thai cuisine to Montrose while adding a touch of international flavour.

For years, I balanced my career in the oil and gas industry with my love for cooking, catering small events, and sharing my dishes with friends. The response was incredible, and before I knew it, The Thai Twist became more than just a side project—it became my future.

Now, I get to do what I love full-time: creating fresh, high-quality food for weddings, corporate events, and celebrations of all kinds. As we grow, my goal is to expand beyond catering into full event planning, offering venue collaborations, drink services, and customized catering solutions.
